The ability to measure your sales and marketing efforts are essential to understanding where adjustments need to be made. We will implement several dashboards to monitor improvements in key performance indicators such as website traffic, contact activity, blogging performance, landing page performance, email performance, and sales team performance. We will also establish benchmarks for measuring overall success
Conduct Bi-Weekly Strategy/Status Meetings
At the heart of our services is the ongoing process of providing valuable insights and adjusting our marketing efforts (as needed). We will meet with you twice a month (bi-weekly) to share reports, analyze our efforts, brainstorm and plan new campaigns. These meetings will be conducted via computer & telephone (this service is not available in our Group Coaching Program and is limited in scope in our Inbound Coaching Program)
Conduct Quarterly Planning Meetings
We should be evaluating our sales & marketing efforts every few months to continue to meet your needs. We will meet with you quarterly (via a virtual session) to plan upcoming content themes, make necessary adjustments to our services and add new tactics to ensure your continued growth and overall success (this service is not available in our Group Coaching Program and is limited in scope in our Inbound Coaching Program)
Provide Unlimited Email Support between Strategy/Status Sessions
We believe solid communication is the key to a successfully engagement. We will respond to all emails from you or your team within 24 hours to answer any questions or address any concerns you may (this service is limited in our Group Coaching Program and in our Inbound Coaching Program)
Provide Telephone Support between Training Sessions
Although we will be meeting bi-weekly (every other week), we are also available via telephone to answer any questions or address any concerns you or your team may have (this service is limited in our Group Coaching Program and in our Inbound Coaching Program)

The initial setup and planning services can be completed for a one-time investment (or separate fee) if not included in the program selected. For larger organizations, these services can be “managed” by our team, while day-to-day tasks are completed by your internal sales and/or marketing team (as needed) or “shared” through a process called collaborative consulting where we “share” the responsibility (if applicable, ask for more details)
